Dear Friends and Readers

Happy New Year! Isn’t it hard to believe it’s actually 2010? I hope you had a great holiday season and that this letter finds you well. Here December was very busy, and January promises to be the same, but I’m ready to buckle down and start writing a new book even amidst the chaos.

First, I want to thank you for your wonderful support for my last book, ONE RECKLESS SUMMER, Book 1 in the Destiny series, which came out in June. The book had quite a dramatic release – in the beginning, it didn’t arrive at Barnes & Noble stores until very late, but at the same time, it climbed the ranks at BN.com to an exciting #8! In the world! It hovered around the top 15 for several days, and that was very thrilling!

Further, the book has racked up a couple of big honors recently. ONE RECKLESS SUMMER was named Favorite Contemporary Romance of 2009 at BN.com’s Heart To Heart column, and it was also named one of the Top Five Romances of 2009 at Barnes & Noble. Needless to say, I’m still over the moon about this!

The next book in the Destiny series, SUGAR CREEK, will be released this coming June, so mark your calendar. I’m not yet at liberty to show you the lovely cover, but I can share the book’s back blurb.
